Enjoy Your Stay!

Please take a minute to review our polices before you arrive so that you can relax and unwind when you walk in the door.  

Arrival & Departure

Standard Check- in time is between 3:30PM - 6:30PM.   We always want to greet our guests, so please let us know in advance of your estimated arrival time.  Should you plan to arrive after 6:30PM, please call to make arrangements.

Guest Rooms are located on the 2nd floor, and there is no elevator.  We will be happy to help you with your luggage.

 

Check -out is any time prior to 11:00 AM

Breakfast

Our full-service Breakfast at the Miller-Dunham House is homemade, but not your every day fare...and is not to be missed!  We take great pride in our breakfast 5-star reviews and work hard at providing "crowd pleasing" sweet & savory meals.  So relax and enjoy... there's no hurry.

We serve at 8:30 AM and will always start with a dish using fresh fruit in season and will include juice, coffee, or your choice of hot teas, along with homemade baked goods. For early risers, beverages are available earlier to take back to your room or enjoy in the sunporch.  We want this to be your home away from home...so slippers & PJs are welcome.

Please let us know of any dietary needs when making your reservation - Dairy or Gluten-Free, Food Allergy, Vegan or Vegetarian -  and we will strive to accommodate.

We're Dog Friendly

Our Inn is Dog Friendly, and we have plenty of fenced in area for your dog to play. Dogs of any size are welcome for an additional fee of $25 per stay.   If you are planning to travel with your pet, call prior to booking to verify availability of a pet-friendly room.  Dogs may not be left in the room unattended.  Sorry, cats are not permitted.

Healthy Practices

  • A spotlessly clean inn is always our goal. 

  • Our reservation system collects payments and processes receipts electronically prior to guest arrivals

  • Our keyless entry system eliminates the need for any keys​

  • All guest rooms and common areas are cleaned and sanitized regularly 

  • We will not enter guest rooms during your stay, but will deliver fresh towels and remove any trash on request

  • Hand sanitizer is available throughout the Inn

  • Ongoing practices include regularly disinfecting surfaces and furniture

Accessibility

Miller Dunham House is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of circumstance and ability.  Towards that end, we are working to improve the accessibility of our website and to adhere as possible to the Web Content Guidelines (WCAG 2.0, Level AA) published by the World Wide Web Consortium(W3C)

Please know that we are always happy to discuss our facilities, accommodations, and services by telephone or email, and any reservations that you wish to place can also be placed by telephone.

Cancellation Policy

We at the Miller-Dunham House understand that plans can unexpectedly change. We make preparations, including purchases based on reservations. We are happy to offer a credit/gift certificate for a future stay equal to the amount paid for reservations cancelled at least 14 days prior to arrival. Should a refund be requested, you will receive a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee, per room reserved.


The $25 cancellation fee also applies to changes to your arrival/departure date that result in a shorter stay.

 

Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to your arrival date will be charged in full, unless your room (s) is re-booked by another party. We will make every effort to re-book(s) and will refund any room(s) we are able to re-book minus a $25 cancellation fee per room reserved.

The Miller-Dunham House does not take responsibility for changes to your reservation due to inclement weather, unforeseen changes to travel plans, personal sickness or injury, or family emergencies. We do recommend trip insurance for assistance with these unforeseen occurrences.


Cancellations MUST be made by phone or email.

Any reservation made on a third-party website must be cancelled through the third-party website.

If you made your reservation through a third-party website such as Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, Bed & Breakfast.com or Airbnb, you are bound to the cancellation policies agreed to when booking on their website. The cancellation policies on their website may differ from our standard cancellation policies when booking directly with The Miller-Dunham House Bed & Breakfast.  Any reservation made on a third-party website must be cancelled through the third-party website.
